Refund/Return Policy


We will happily process returns on any merchandises long as it is unused, tags attached, and in its original condition. Item must be purchased from and received within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange for an item(s) of equal or lesser value. Merchandise returned after the 30 day period, but before 90 days, may be exchanged for an item(s) of equal or lesser value.

For all (non-warranty and non-exchange) returns, $20 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping. Additionally, shoes returned with damaged or missing packaging are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

Orders placed with "industry" or "pro-deal" discounted pricing are final. Returns will not be accepted unless due to a warranty issue or Senger error. Size exchanges are permitted. This exclusion does not apply to closeouts, official partnerships or public sales, which are subject to our normal returns/exchanges policy. 

Timing and Status

Exchanges to orders placed on will be processed immediately and a replacement will be sent as soon as the original purchase is received and scanned for return by our carrier.

Returns are processed within 3 business days once they are received by us.

Any product purchased from may be returned within 30 days for credit to card (to the card originally used), in house credit or exchange
